Hello LinkedIn team, I am trying to reach your help center email or bot chat but couldn’t find any relevant connection online. I have tried to enter my password and attempted many times it was incorrect according to your system so I changed the password and then I tried to login but again they kept sending me verification and then restricted me do too many attempts. I have been logged out from my account since a year now I cannot even make other account with my other emails I don’t k ow how you connected them all. Besides you asked for ID and pictures I provided that too but still you didn’t activated my account nor send me any email from representative to solve this issue Pls help me to get back my account I have my contacts added to it I have no violated any rules. Please look into it I am waiting Thank you

They continously restrict accounts for the slightest changed in device, password, email, literally anything so that they can get your ID scan or 3d selfie shared with persona. I contacted them from my confirmed email and refused to provide my ID agian or my selfie. They gave a bad excuse that they can't take action unless contacted from the confirmed email. I AM CONTACTING FROM MY CONFIRMED EMAIL. You cannot deny providing wrong information about being able to take an action when contacted from a confirmed email. You say something and then take it back, you tell me to provide my ID and forward me to persona. Enjoy with a dead account that won't get you any benefit. You will not get my id, nor my selfie, nor my usage of the app. Wrong information from customer support. Useless help desk. They didn't accept my request to delete my account. They are violating any user right to have some privacy. You are not the government nor financial app. You are not important. Accept that people won't trust you for the slightest reason. I didn't get any job through this useless app. Only scams.

LinkedIn continuously restricts accounts for the slightest changes—whether it’s a new device, password update, or email change—just to force users into submitting an ID scan, a 3D selfie through Persona, and even a notarized document! This is beyond excessive for a social network.I initially refused to provide my ID and selfie again, but they falsely claimed they couldn’t take action unless contacted from a confirmed email—which I was using! After exhausting all options, I even uploaded the notarized document they demanded, yet instead of restoring my account, they permanently disappeared it without explanation.Their customer support is incompetent, gives misleading information, and refuses even to delete accounts upon request. LinkedIn is not a government agency or financial institution, so why this extreme level of verification? They are simply harvesting user data while offering zero accountability.

I have been using the LinkedIn app for some time and appreciate its opportunities for professional development. However, I encountered issues with identity verification that made accessing my account difficult.Several times, I faced lengthy verification processes and the need to provide additional documents, which created inconveniences and delays in using the platform. While customer support tried to help, the process was not always clear and transparent.I hope LinkedIn improves this process so users can verify their identity more quickly and easily.
