Google photos is truly one of a kind because of its feature of offering unlimited storage for backing up all the media on your device. If you observe the app hardly takes up 315MB on your phone whereas my Photos app takes up more than 16GB. Huge difference! Also the fact that it creates beautiful animations and collages is amazing. Additionally, it has become so easy to transfer photos to anyone. Personally, my friends and I had to share photos through Gmail and it was highly inconvenient to download them, but Google Photos has made the job so much easier. Within seconds, photos are transferred in an organized way. The best part of is it that we can archive photos, search for screenshots and find pictures of specific people and pets using face recognition.The only recommendation I would suggest is for Google Photos to have an album feature to arrange photos systematically, for example; a Favorites album to keep selected photos, to upgrade the video quality and hopefully to operate without wifi.

This app is amazing I really would recommend this it makes you amazing videos and I just love it sm and ya I would realllyyyy recommend this app and I have zeerooo problems with it try this thank you so much bye see you soon recommend this app for the third time and also I forgot to say that I got a knew phone and only half of my photos were on my knew phone and I downloaded google photos again and it got all my pictures back!!! This is the best app for saving pictures and videos on the cloud no doubt especially with the unlimited storage option, but there is some minor things I’d like to see improved. First I would like to see a feature that allows you to detect duplicates. Second I would also like to see download speeds faster I have gigabit internet (my phone goes up to ~800Mbps) and I have wait 1 hour to download an album with 500 photos (my router shows speeds of ~20Mbps when downloading from google photos) the problem isn’t that I have to wait but it’s to keep my phone open in the app and not use anything else otherwise it just cancels downloading. Last thing why do photos that I download back up again it doesn’t make sense it just creates duplicates. Other then some minor problems it works great for uploading photos and accessing them on other devices.

Fantastic app from google that u no longer need to backup ur photos and videos to ur computer or external hard just one touch and unlimited cloud back up all ur stuff... love itBut its interface must get more user-friendly! When u want to move a pic to ur phone back it goes up to another pic then u have to find that photos again It has to be more organized!

I can backup all my photos and videos plus it creates to me automatic albums, animations, color pop photos, stylized photos ...etc. It created automatic album to my son using his face detection and I shared that album with family, any new photo of my son I will capture with my phone's camera it will be automatically added and uploaded to that shared album :) very nice feature :)
