Hello Capcut, i really love your app and ive been using it for years now and youre making my videography career a blast! But i was just wondering where did my Pro Feature gone too? Yesterday i got offered a pro feature and paid for the subscription monthly, i bought it and use the pro features. Use it to edit my car videos and it turn out greater than my expectations. But today i was wondering why is my Pro Feature gone? Can anyone fix this? Thankyou for reading 🙏

In the latest update, I just noticed that the timing of the pictures moved is slower than it was supposed to be. For example, when I set the transitioning duration to 0.2s, it shows that it transitions in 0.5s. Setting the transitioning duration longer than 0.5s will still remain transitioning for 0.5 seconds. Additionally, the way the glitch transition is created isn’t smooth, instead it just do the glitching filter for the previous photo before it could transition. Please fix this issues as soon as possible. I rather like how it transitions quickly on timing before the update.In addition, please fix the isssue where editors expand, shrink and move the photos and videos as editors have a hard time moving the pictures all over the place.

CapCut is a good app and I’m okay with the changes that i have to watch ads although i want to save it with the watermarks but Sometimes when i finished watching the ads, the screen freezes and i cant click on the x button to continue saving my video without watermarks. This lead to me having to exit the apps and remove it from recent apps and start all over again. Please fix this issues thankyou.

I dont know why it keep stuck at loading effects 21% even if i close the app, tried to reopen, try to do another project, still stuck at loading 21%.. i even tried to restart my phone and try to redo the project, and still does the same thing! Ive tried uninstalling and reinstall, only then it working. But after few times using, it happens all over again! Do i have to do this repeatedly?? All my projects history will be gone again just like that, please fix this!

Team Of CapCut,Whenever I try to export a video, there has been a flash for less than a second but it is very noticeable. This happens mostly with templates. I couldn’t find any help online. I tried to remove it by cutting it out with CapCut, but it just places the green flash somewhere else. Sometimes the flash is longer and sometimes it’s just a split second of green.I would really appreciate if you fixed this soon,Thank You

Why are you guys suddenly making watermark-free exporting a “pro” feature now? It’s already disappointing enough that the once free features are now made only for capcut pro, now you even wanna make hidden watermarks a pro feeature? Are you all getting desperate for money? I seriously hope this move is retracted and make hidden watermarks a free feature again. I’m sure a lot of people would appreciate this.
