    It use to be one time purchase app. Now they have updated and restricted auto backup and even limited basic editing facilities to paid subscription. I am no longer interested in to use this app and is switching back to good reader. Bye bye

    Hello,Thanks for reaching out to Notability!If you originally purchased Notability prior to our 11.0 update on Nov 1, 2021, then your account is listed as a Classic account which provides you with the same experience you had before we switched to a subscription model. This includes unlimited note editing, any existing feature you had access to at that time, and any in-app purchases that you made with us. You may see a prompt to upgrade but this is optional. If the app doesn't recognize that you should be on the Classic plan, go to your Notability Settings > Subscription > Restore Plan. If that doesn't help, we'd like to follow up, could you submit a support ticket? We can investigate further for you. Thanks!
