Hello! I am from Belarus and was granted with an endless Premium subscription due to 2020 violent suppression of post-election protests in my country. The subscription has been granted by Flo developers just for every Belarusian. Now, the thing is, I have a new device and I want to transfer my data on it, and the app does recognize my account but does not transfer the subscription. Then I tap Recover button and I see "Purchase failed" window. How do I manage this?P.S. Your app had really helped a lot when I got serious gyno health problems in August 2020 and it was much easier to deal with it along with self-educating on the issue using Flo's articles & videos. THX

Just love the app! it gave me so many insights on my conditions throughout cycle; not only is it beautiful from aesthetic point of view, but also extremely functional, it offers workout flow synced with my cycle , I can read up on healthy diet or even specific malfunctions and ways to treat them; tips on mindfulness and secret chats are also adorable; feels like the app can anticipate what you gonna like on a particular day and is always there to provide you with the best tips possible! Updated. I’ve received the respond from support department, and they help me with my problem. Do I want to give 5 stars. Previously: “It was really perfect woman app, but now I am confused about premium subscription, I haven’t read any additional articles for 2 years, I only fix all time my woman cycle details, and today I see “premium” status on my account, and I have not find the way to change it. “

Some time ago I’ve just missed start of OC pills for 2 days after 7-day pause due to no notifications from the app received though they’ve been set up. And now the way of firing notifications is just changed by developers, so previously used option ‘Repeat until OC intake’ is not working anymore and it seems it disappeared from the app. Considering the fact the app is mostly updated in the background and no release notes are provided automatically to view for users - I just had no idea notifications won’t be sent until OC intake is logged to the app. My bad is lack of responsibility regarding my pills, but if I had enough responsibility I could not use app notifications at all. So very bad impression, sorry

I’ve been using the app for a long time, it’s always satisfied my needs. But the last 3 months aren’t encouraging at all.Previously, simply by going into the application, I could see all the information for the current day: symptoms, steps, weight, etc. Now some information is in here, something needs to be looked at in the calendar - it's completely inconvenient. It would be great to let the user choose what information she wants to see on the day screen. For example, I don't need to know my cycle information (length information) on a daily basis.
