I’ve been using this app for a long time and everything was fine until recently. Over the past few months, the app started glitching a lot: automatic subtitles are completely off — they skip words even when the speech is clear and other apps can easily recognize it. The color picker tool stopped working altogether — I had to force close the app and reopen it, and only on the second try would it maybe work.But the worst part happened about 2–3 weeks ago, when my paid subscription just stopped working. I noticed some tools disappeared from the interface — for example, face retouching. I was surprised and contacted support two or three weeks ago — and guess what? No one ever replied.So here I am, paying $11 for a subscription that doesn’t even work. My profile says I have a Pro account, but when I go to edit a video, it shows me the free trial version. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app — nothing changed. And even worse, because of that, I lost all my drafts and videos that were stored inside the app.I’m incredibly disappointed.

The app is getting worse and worse. Voice for subtitles is not recognized, although the sound quality is excellent. The tab for working with subtitles hangs, their size does not change, a bunch of small bugs that are annoying when working with the application, although I pay for a subscription. You constantly swap filters, it's impossible to find them, it has become very inconvenient to distribute the filter throughout the video. I refuse to work in your application and move to another one. You just ruined everything with your updates.

When some new pro features appeared, like cool pro effects, I thought that it will be nice to buy a pro version. But a little later, all the basic functionality became pro. That’s like really discouraging and not user friendly. Instead of making users buy pro by adding cool additional features (which I’m sure people would gladly do, I would) you try to force people to buy pro or not be able to use the app at all. That’s a really unattractive policy. So even though I like the pro stuff, I will not use your app at all. Good like with the development. I think you’ve just lost a lot of loyal clients and potential income.

It was my favourite app for video editing for years. But now I don’t like it at all. There are so many ads. And I can’t export my video because of ads. I watched so many of them, and at the end of it I can’t skip for start my export. I closed the app and opened it, and here we go again: I have to watch ads again, and still have the same issue in the end and still can’t export my video. And it’s really sad to see so many pro options of things that was free some time ago.I gave up. Looking for a better app for editing.
