My whole family is fond of this game, we play it together every day, but there’s very often a problem with the connection and our WiFi works good but the game can’t run well and there is this message about the connection problem every 5 minutes lately.

The game itself is good and interesting, especially in the beginning, when you start playing and all the time there are changes, you buy something , build, earn money, but when you reach level 12-13, it becomes boring, because all actions take a lot of time, all resources need to wait for hours, so interest disappears. Make the game easier! No one is interested in entering the app to collect sheep's wool and go out, because you have nothing else to do in the game, as you need to wait for hours for further developments. There is no further development of events.

Hello,My game has been updated to beta version and my town has disappeared I was level 62 but has been level 1, I sent message via game support team and I sent my information,but my problem is still unresolved Please help me

Game not working after update. Starts loading the game and exits. Problem 2 days

The game is awesome. The only thing missing (and I personally find a very essential one) is the ability to sync with all types of devices. Currently it is still impossible to sync your game between a Win PC and a mobile phone. :(

I’m big fan of this game. Playing for 4 years. BUT I don’t have update with frozen fortune. I don’t know why, I reinstalled the game. I wrote messages to game support three times and nothing happened. May anybody help me?2 stars because of this situation, this game still my favourite.
