The content is becoming more varied (thank you!👍) and we’re getting more subtitles instead of all the dubbing, which is a great thing. But instead of listing a show twice, once with subtitles and once with dubbing, it should be enough and more practical to list it only once and add audio and subtitles options like other streaming services. And it would be really great if all the dubbed shows have also subtitles for those like me who can’t stand dubbing 😊Aside from the content, the app itself needs some work. For example one of the profiles under my account just disappeared on one device and, on another, the shows I had added to “my list” all vanished.

I can’t believe that every day i go through such a hassle to watch a single episode of any show. The TV app. Is so slow and for most of the new episodes which has been uploaded on the same day or the day before, it keeps loading and never work in the end, even though when i play the same episode from my mobile phone, it works perfectly in less than a second. So to watch an episode, i have to play it from my mobile phone and use Air play to view it on the TV screen, noting that i’m logged in with the same account on both the TV and the mobile phone, and both are connected to the same wifi ! Meanwhile Netflix, Prime videos, Watch it... etc. works perfectly, doesn’t even take a second to load! Was Shahid invented to be watched on mobile phones? Do i pay monthly subscription fees to keep using Airplay and keep repeating the parts i missed cause i got a phone call or my battery died?. In addition to how messy and unorganized the application is! Tbh it’s such a disappointed, specially that it’s owned by such a big and professional group like MBC.

This is the worst streaming application I have ever used! It NEVER pairs with the Apple TV. We have to try like 10 times to pair it until one attempt is successful. When an episode ends and the following one starts, you have to pair it from scratch and keep trying another 10 times and so on.My husband signed up from his phone with his Facebook account, so it only signs in from his phone — I am unable to use the app with his account because we do not have the option to change settings to email and password.Lastly, we cannot sign into the app. For some reason it says we are signed out and whenever we click sign-in it takes us to a blank page. Won’t be renewing subscription as the service is infuriatingly bad. We end up losing our tempers and frustrated whenever we try using Shahid. Fix the app first then make it available to people second, especially that there are monthly subscription fees that we are simply not benefiting from.
Dear Menna, you can AirPlay any SHAHID content simply by mirroring your screen following the below steps:Swipe up from the bottom bezel onto the screen to bring up Control Center.Tap Screen Mirroring.Tap the device you'd like to AirPlay to.kindly note that we are working to support Apple TV as soon as possible.Please follow the below steps on your mobile after closing the background applications:1. Uninstall and reinstall SHAHID APP2. By far the worst streaming application anybody could ever use, even though the content is fine, THE BUGS, GLITCHES, always disconnecting by itself wether when it’s connecting to chromecast, apple airplay or even the LG’s version of the application ARE HORRIBLE, shouldn’t be called an application rather a deterioration of a trail for an app.Also if you slept or went out during an episode, the playback freezes on the end of previous episode, in other words you won’t be able to play the episode that you missed from the beginning. Because every-time you try it will start from the “last second” in the episode and automatically play the next episode. Unless you find yourself a trick for the horrible application’s endless bugs.

I don’t usually write reviews on apps, but if you ever thinking about using this service and pay for it, just don’t , they will take your money and guess what, they won’t give you what you paid for.I paid a full monthly subscription for the service 2 days ago and up until now the vip content isn’t available for me, and the support needs a full poet of words to describe how unhelpful and unreachable they are, you can use their WhatsApp and you might get a response in 24 to 48 hours if you are lucky, or try their international number and pay double your subscription fees to solve your issues, I’m not really happy and I need my money back since you won’t give me what I paid for.DONT PAY ANY MONEY FOR THOSE SCAMMERS.

I was a subscriber for many many years on the monthly subscription, in Egypt it is around 40 something EGPs which is equivalent to 1$ and a few cents, recently our government banned the use for Debit cards in international payments, so the subscription needed to be revived as it has been suspended for a long time, i decided to update the payment method with a new card that has USD currency, but! I did not activate, i repeat, i did not activate, suddenly out of nowhere the account is activated with a 1 year subscription for 10 USD!!!!!! I didn’t authorize that!!! So they are theives guys never trust them with a penny, i so do not recommend them
