Well; this is not actually a review... it is a response to the cluttered weird new icon. In fact I would advise any reader of this to download this lovely app to truly stay connected to your office365 or exchange environment.It’s not affecting the application or the user experience at all, I know; but it hurts the eyes... I thought it is a mistake when I first saw it on my home screen when I needed to check my email while away from my machine. But now I guess the marketing team took a choice, and a bad one for that matter.If in a dream world, someone from Microsoft is reading this rant, I would advise you to revert to the previous icon, and if you really want to make a change to refresh the overhaul user experience... change the circle to square, and recolor the office line icons.

Having been a Samsung user for more than 10 years, I'm actually well used to using email on mobile. Outlook was supposed to be the solution to my many issues, but in all fairness it is simply an email viewer. Calendar has improved a lot since several years back but the primary functions are still cumbersome and the number of updates that Microsoft rolls out is evidence of how bad this is. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil and I'm stuck with it. But the 2 stars are all it earns. One for basic functionality and 1 for being livable somewhat. 2stars comparing to both the Samsung experience and Outlook on Windows ofc.

A very good application which helps a lot in joining more than 1 email in the same application, easy for use and fast .The only problem is the search for old mails which is not effective even when writing the name of email sender , it doesn’t give you all emails coming from this sender but some of them without a clear reason why only these mails are chosen , which make searching for info in older mails very difficult .

Outlook is great and all but in ios for some reason unknown to me it doesn’t send any notifications when an email is sent not even a bubble on the app and i confirmed that i gave it access to send notifications and i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it doesn’t work for some reason please fix this problem as you know outlook is mostly used by companies and work emails are important so missing an email is not really great. Please find a solution or if you have one please share it with ios users.

The application is not working with me, not sending mails and not receiving mails and inbox received out mails after being sent with an hour maybe more. I deleted the app and reinstall install it , i tried to delete my account and re sign again , i chose to reset my mail for syncing and after all these tries to solve the issue. It doesn’t work! I contacted the support team but they are not responding on time and didn’t give me any solution!I don’t know what to do?! My mail is working well on my laptop and iphone mail app, so the issue is related to the outlook application and i really need an answer or solution to my problem urgently.

Please put messages from the same sender in one line and show the number of messages as a number, like Gmail does. I receive many emails with the same content from the same sender and I find each email in a separate line which makes 10 similar lines appear. This is because I get a copy of every email sent in my admin area. There are very repeated and consecutive emails that are not grouped. There is no active threads option. Also the email organization option is disabled. Also the Settings > Help & Feedback option is missing.
