Pliz purchasing the name card is so ridiculous hopefully you could do something about this cause I’ve been wanting to change my name badly

I don’t know why I crash every game I’ve played... right from the middle of the game and when I reconnect, it got shut down again at the end of the match... it’s so frustrated when it happens right in the middle of the matches where I was in the battle or run away from a death situation... when I log back in I’m already dead, and my team mates starts to curse at me and saying I went afk... I really enjoyed it but it happens last December till now... I thought I download the new update it will be okay but it’s still the same... please fix this issue

I have an iphone 6 and keeps shutting down at the end of every match so i cant see my rank and the overall players summary table. Its so frustrating because after all the hard work during the game and i cant see the summary at the end of the game. and sometimes right after lobby matchup during character selection, the phone shuts the app off and when i re open, the game is under way and ive been flagged for afk violation. Please PLEASE fix. I guess gave 3 stars and would have been 5 if not for the problem.

The graphic are top-notch, the heroes are diverse, and the gameplay is super addictive. I love the regular updates and events. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The app just closes mid game , this happens every game since I downloaded it and my current iPhone 6 and then my account is given afk credit score deductions ,what can I do?

The game is fun but the reason why I put 1 star is because it’s an unfair game matchups! Even if a player is AFK you still get your rank minus...Matchups on Rank mode is so stupid on how they put two different rank on same matchup! I hope you fix your trash game.. Thank you
