    Hey There,As mush I love using Tezza, I have been facing an issue with using a few features in the app. I have been paying every month and the updates features will I was able to use before have suddenly disappeared. I am unable to access the stop motion and the FX version for the videos. KINDLY PLEASE HELP..!

    Good news!! We have fixed the sub­scrip­tion bug! Please make sure your app is up­dat­ed to 4.0.2. If it isn't au­to­mat­i­cal­ly fixed when you up­date, please tap "Restore" on the top left of the sub­scrip­tion screen. And if that doesn't work try delet­ing and then re­in­stalling the app. The most im­por­tant part is you need to make sure it's ver­sion 4.0.2 in the App Store be­fore up­dat­ing, you should see the ver­sion num­ber un­der the "What's New" sec­tion.   • Good app but why is it like every other platform

    Tessa is a good app but it's just like every other app where one is supposed to pay for in order to use its features. If that's the case then just don't make a trial mode and just make it only for people who pay and use it. Not an app for people who genuinely want to take good pictures or want to improve their photos.I'm trying to improve my editing skills a bit and like every other its sadly disappointing for this only feature. If it's just people who need to pay just to take photos and before the trial method they have only 10 times and they are supposed to pay. If that's the case, what is the use of the app for normal folks , cause i really wanted to try this app.

Just to clarify, free users can capture up to 10 photos in Tezza Cam, but you can edit unlimited photos in the Main Editor using our free effects at no cost.     I love this app, it’s so convenient and cool. 11/10 presets and filters. However, I’m facing an issue. I’ve paid through the Back2School offer and I’m unable to see the subscription live in the app. It still asks me to restore subscription and pay :(

  • Terrible App! So Disappointed

    The app keeps crashing while editing videos. I’m not able to export my edited video. I was about to buy the paid version when I looked at presets but thank god I didn’t. Just having good presets and aesthetic UI won’t help, your app fails to even have basic functionality. Such a bad experience. Instead of just playing ads on Instagram, may be ask your developers to fix the issues first!

  • Wrongly charged for subscription

    I had chosen a 7 day free trial with which it’d charge me the lowest plan if the subscription is not cancelled. Not only did the cancellation wasn’t possible due to a technical glitch, the Tezza app charged me with their costliest plan, debiting the entire ₹3500 for a year from my account even when I declined payment. I have been contactint the Tezza app support as well as Apple support for this issue only to see that customers aren’t cared for. A waste of money.

    The app shows that you are eligible for a 7 day free trial and as soon as you subscribe for the free trial, ₹999 will be charged to your Apple account without information. Later they claim that you might not have been eligible, we cannot refund the amount now and contact apple services. I have never experienced this problem with any app. This is literally deceiving into buying their paid version.

    Hi there! Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple, and all subscriptions and billing are handled directly through your Apple account. Because of this, refunds also need to be processed through Apple. We recommend contacting Apple Support, and they should be able to assist you further.
