I am submitting this feedback to bring to your attention significant dissatisfaction with the handling of the Mastercard discount offer during the Enrique Iglesias Live concert. Despite multiple official notifications and app messages regarding a FLAT 15% discount on top-ups using Mastercard, the discount was not applied when I made my payment, resulting in being charged the full amount.Even after the company later claimed the offer had expired, notifications promoting the discount continued until the concert day, which caused confusion and reliance on misleading information. My repeated attempts to resolve this with chat and helpdesk support resulted in only generic responses without resolution, despite several escalations and assurances.This experience has led to financial loss, inconvenience, and distress. I urge you to improve transparency in promotional offers, address customer concerns more effectively, and provide compensation for the unfulfilled discount. Attached are screenshots of all related communications and payment proof for your reference.Thank you for considering this feedback and taking corrective action.

Discounts and table booking not valid on weekends

Most of the restaurants that are listed do not offer discounts and table booking options during the weekends. Also, most of the restaurants in my radar only serve North Indian food or Mughlai food. There should be restaurants that serve other cuisines as well like French or Australian or Egyptian or Caribbean or Continental that are in my radar of my current location, which is Noida sector 34. Also the option of booking a table and getting better discounts like a 40 or a flat 50% should be given on one of the weekdays also. It’s just volume against pricing. This is coming from a marketing professional to an entertaining platform/application. That is consumed by the masses, so the money spent on giving discounts comes back in the form of ROI When thousand people attend the same restaurant THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN HUNDRED TO 200 pax . This is just an example, I’m sure you guys have the figures yourselves. Currently, I’m not happy with the restaurants that are offered to me with discounts as they just look good, but the food is not that great. Also, they give me a very mediocre vibe. Actual chains like Chillis or Daryaganj or Yum yum cha of sorts should be giving better discounts or at least you should be able to track various users and what they like to use or where they often book a table and offer them better discounts to be able to retain those customers. It’s just simple CRM logic.

The App is Scam. They are into money extortion with their Dining Restaurant

We booked for Thane Social NYE Party. We used district app to buy couple pass for 4k. On entry to the party venue. We were denied any table / seats even chairs. We were made to stand at the bar for 4hrs. On asking for a table youur especially one fat short height manager started asking for 2k for community table. Extortion. on raising concern they were very rude. We were told that the couple pass we bought was only for entry and F&B coverage and not to give us any table and we will have to stand at the bar and they were denied to give us even chairs to sit. "So you expect us to stand for 4 hours with drinks and food in our hand" as it was over crowded and they the fat manager started telling if you want to get a table or seat they are sold out and only community table is left and you have to pay Rs 2000 extra for it. They were very rude not even realising after 12 am their each seat will cost zero. They the manager also said we are famous brand "Social" no matter we do people will come to us. They said you should have called and asked for table and seat/chair. Where as no where on the District app booking no where it written anything of such in terms and conditions. We reached district app customer support for as Social said talk to Zomato/District they denied to help us. Careful Social Thane is running a scam and they try to extort money from your pocket. No to Social # BycottSocial
