This digital notepad and PDF markup tool covers all the bases. Create notes with your keyboard or Apple Pencil: the app transforms your hand-drawn shapes into perfect ones, and can even convert your handwriting to text.

  • An awesome app

This app really makes taking notes fun and efficient!. The only thing I would recommend that maybe a sidebar can be created so that we would be able to make little notes that cannot hold on something like an imported slide or textbook-seeing that anything not written on the page won’t be there(if not done already) otherwise the app is amazing with a wide variety of colors for both highlighters and pens

  • Perfect for Notes

I absolutely love this app it is perfect for writing notes. It’s easy to organize with the creation of folders and notebooks which you can customize. Also the writing tools are easy to maneuver and I really like the lasso tool because it makes my notes neater and I’m able to position or size my work exactly how I want it.

  • Amazing app

Prefer it over notability. I would prefer if you could increase the amount of quick switch pen colours. I also wish they would improve the photo manipulation because sometimes you accidentally rotate the picture too easily

  • I’m loving it

So far I much prefer using this to traditional note taking. But I can’t give it 5 stars cause it’s missing the ability to make audio recordings is really important to me, but other than that it’s really great. Absolutely love taking notes now!

Very good for students the only problem I have is on my m1 iPad the split screen option is overlap by the note page you are on therefore I can’t close a page with trigger the split screen menu. Hopefully it can be fixed with an update.

  • Tremendous app

I give this app 5 stars because it does exactly what it is designed to do! I’m an old school bookworm who has been hesitant in embracing the digital world because it doesn’t quite beat a pen, highlighter and paper... well, GoodNotes did just that. I appreciate this. Good job GoodNotes!
