Calling all teens – you can now customise luna even more! Choose the categories you’re interested in during setup, and change them anytime from your home or profile. luna will show you more of what you care about – questions, quizzes, and articles – and less of what you don’t. Your home, Ask, and Learn tabs are now personalised to your picks, and you’ll only get notifications for categories you’ve chosen! And if you want to explore something new? You can always search or update your categories whenever you like.

This one’s for parents! Getting started with your teen just got simpler. Parents can now invite their teen to join their premium plan with a single magic link, making setup super quick and stress-free. There's also a new setup guide that walks you through adding your teen and managing their insights dashboard, so everything feels clear from the very beginning.

luna’s made the parent experience better for premium members. Parents can now edit the name or nickname of each subscription member from their profile, along with a refreshed layout that’s easier to navigate. Parents can also now turn on a member dashboard to see simple stats on how their teen uses luna – and toggle it off again anytime.

luna’s made tracking and quizzes even better! Quizzes you’ve started now stay on your home screen with a progress status, so it’s easier to jump back in and finish them later. Tracking moods is smoother too, with emotions and sleep tags now grouped to help you find what fits faster.

luna’s made it easier for parents to get started. There’s a new step-by-step setup to help you create your account and manage your teen’s membership. And you can also explore community questions with a new swiper, and preview articles and advice right from the home screen.

luna’s getting ready to launch something new: habit tracking is on the way! You can now register your interest and the habits you’d like to track. Pick the ones that matter most to you and be the first to know when they’re live, so when habit tracking lands, you’ll be ready to dive straight in.

luna’s got something new for premium members: daily ratings are here! Now you can rate how your day’s going, personalise the colours to make it feel truly yours, and see how today compares with your past ratings to spot trends over time. Update your app, head to the Tracker tab and start logging your daily rating to discover a bigger picture of your days with luna.

Set your Tracker reminders exactly when you want them! Head to the Tracker tab and choose the perfect AM and PM times for luna’s nudges to track your mood and symptoms. And want to keep your streak going? Check out luna’s new widget reminder and instruction carousel and set up the luna widget on your home screen today.

Get ready for luna’s most highly requested feature - the luna widget is here! Tracking your mood and symptoms is now even easier and quicker with the luna widget. Keep your luna streak and earn points by using the luna widget straight from your iPhone homescreen! Just hold down your iPhone homescreen until the apps start to wiggle, then tap “Edit” and “Add widget” - enjoy!

We've just rolled out the biggest Tracker update yet, and it's packed with features you've been asking for! You can now switch between calendar view and the new cycle mode, which lets you see your full cycle at a glance, complete with phases. If you’re on luna premium, you can now personalise your Tracker by picking an avatar. Just got your first period? You no longer need to log two to see predictions – one is enough to get started. We’ve also made it easier to get set up with clearer explainer screens and a way to backdate your tracking if you’ve already started your period but haven't yet tracked on luna. To keep things clearer, discharge has also now moved from Bleeding to the Symptoms section. Logged something by mistake? We've made it easier to update your tracking by giving you the option to delete anything you don't want. And finally, to help you spot trends and plan ahead, there's a new bleeding graph that shows your typical patterns. Update luna now to explore all the new changes.

Update your app today and enjoy a question swiping feature so you can easily swipe, find, and read Qs from the luna community, all of your ‘in the queue’, ‘answered’ and ‘saved’ questions in one password locked place, improved question asking with clearer guidelines, and the ability to rate and give feedback on every response you get. It’s our biggest update to Ask luna yet.
