It isn’t about doing more
We’re here to support your life, not demand more than you can give. Your planner follows you, not the other way around.
Daily planner app Structured is made for those who want to simplify their schedule and make room to focus on what truly matters. For Neurodiversity Awareness Month this April, the app’s creators have added a new set of prompts to expand the support Structured offers to its community and help people consciously structure their day in a way that suits personal needs.
Quick take: The prompts are short, pre-written requests that mirror everyday scenarios, for example “Schedule my inbox work across the week.” or ”I feel overwhelmed with my tasks today. Split them into smaller steps.” The great thing about this is that you don’t need to type the issue you’re encountering, instead you can quickly pick something that matches your experience and Structured brings the action plan straight to you.
Don’t miss: The prompts complement the app’s Energy Monitor (available on the Settings tab this tool lets you keep an eye on what you can and can’t do in terms of energy on any given day) and Timeline overview. Start with prompts, use the Energy Monitor to plan to your capacity and view the day (and week) on your Timeline in a more realistic not aspirational way.
