This app is very easy to get use to, and the app itself is very organised but there’s something bothering me for a while now this developer, clearly doesn’t read the review and issue as i was scrolling on the review bar and some people say the membership plans are are a scam and im suppose i agree it that as i download the app itself to experience it and when i try the app, i saw an offer for free 3month trial of premium membership and like nobody could ever resist an offer like that am i right and when i try it, i check my account and its still saying ‘Basic Membership’ and that really offended me as i was trying to try a new and highly organised app but, with you’re app being horrible like this i think u guys should just shut down your app And if you’re a real caring developer you guys should read you’re review more often and reply to it so that the customer who download your app knows you care for them and wants to know whats the issue about your app is having and your scripting is very trash i can know how it is trash cause im a scriptwriter as well u guys really need to fix your scam membership :/

I’ve used Viu for awhile now and the improvements are impressive, content wise and ease of use. That’s really good to see. So is it great now? No, definitely not but is it worth it? Yes! of course, there’s still rooms for improvement so here’s what I think can be done :-1. Bigger library. Well, the library has been updated with more and more content but it’s still lacking especially in the action and horror movie and anime genre. It would be great to have more additions to these genre be it from Korea, Japan, or Malaysia. The more options the better for consumers. Besides, you can never have to much content right?.2. Recently watch list. It really need attention. Whenever you tap on your recent watch video, it will take you to the top page of the series instead of just continue from where you stop. Kind of weird and bit annoying. So hope it will be fixed.3. Sensitivities? I don’t know how to explain it but this incident has occurred many times to me. So when I’m scrolling through any series suddenly it lost track of my gestures or something and when I lift my finger, the app will suddenly play any videos on the screen. It never happened when I use other streaming app tho. To conclude, Viu really have come a long way and improves a lot. The premium membership starts to pay off but it still can be improve and I’m looking forward to it. I’ll stay subscribe for now as I’m pleased with the improvement I’ve seen. For everyone outhere, give it another try as Viu is way better now.

It is very disappointing. For me, when I pay for a service, I would expect a hassle-free experience but so far I don't find the application easy to use at all. Be it on my mobile device or even on smart tv. Please improve your UI because it's very annoying to use. I usually use this app on my smart tv and it was worse than using it on my phone, trust me. Had to wait a few minutes to load the app. Sometimes the video won't even load and I had to reinstall the app on my tv. But then that was the issue with the app on my tv. - so it's a whole new story. They don't even tailor the suggestions based on our preferences. Videos won't resume from where we left it - unless we click on the back button. But then who has time to do that everytime they wanted to exit the app? Please improve or else you'll lose many users in the future. I had to bear the crappiness of the app just because I wanted to watch contents legally but then it's just too much.

This is my go to app for watching dramas, movies, and shows. It has such a big collection of Korean dramas, variety shows, Japanese dramas, Chinese dramas, and even some local series! . If you are a K-drama fan, this app is perfect for you!It offer new drama and series! The app is simple and easy to use for me. They also offer you such a great quality of the videos and subtitles are available too! Viu gives free episodes with ads, and if you want no ads and faster access, you can choose the Viu Premium plan. I love their plan the most as it is offerd in affordable amount! Another good thing is you can download episodes and watch offline, which is super useful if you have no internet. If you guys love to watch new dramas and series with great quality, i very recommend this!

Unifi previously gave me a premium membership for subscribing their home fibre and yes I agree, the user experience with VIU has been terribly lacking in comparison with Netflix and other OD services. It's like they're trying but the effort falls short in a lot of ways. I believe people won't mind paying for the service if they have good experience. I'm here because I recently redeemed a premium subscription through grab and felt scammed that I was able to watch premium content but with ads because I was not aware of their "basic premium" tier. I went to complaint through email and they willingly agreed to give me the ultimate premium experience and I appreciate their thought, response time and solution. Thanks Sham, you the MVP.
