I just downloaded Intellecto Kids yesterday, and I’m already so impressed! My child absolutely loves the app – it’s fun, colorful, and super engaging. I really appreciate the learning worksheets too – they’re well-designed, age-appropriate, and make it easy to support learning off-screen. A great balance of education and entertainment. Highly recommend for parents with young kids!

The ads showed play and learn time between parent and kid so that was what I expected. It also said, “move away from screen time.” But instead, it was just like any learning game where the kids could be playing it on their own. The ads were very misleading. And then, I thought we had a 7 day free trial but that was not the case. The CS said that I have skipped the trial and gone for the subscription directly. Nowhere do I remember doing this. The best part was when I tried to cancel the subscription. Have you encountered shady practice where you need to contact CS to cancel your subscription? There is no button on the website to cancel!!! If you’re late by an hour, they will tell you, I’m sorry no refund according to our policy. They offered a free printable package. They offered to extend the subscription for free but all I want is to never be charged again. Be warned!! This is as shady as it gets in the world of learning apps for kids.

Just downloaded it. Will try out on my 2-yr old daughter. Hope it will motivate her to learn as she’s short concentration span whenever I try to read a book for her.

Please be aware of these scammers!!! They’ll steal your money and will ignore you absolutely!!! They didn’t provide any access to my purchase, I was charged 19,99$ for 2 weeks of headaches, because they responded with their standard email response and ignored my emails since then, I’m keep requesting from PayPal but they claimed I received the goods, how is it even possible??? I sent several screenshots and emailed them a dozen times, what’s wrong with you people??? Give my money back!!! Scammers!!!

I wish to unsubscribe from this app and hence email to the customer service. However, I can only receive the same reply stated that they need longer time to respond due to high demand. It’s been two weeks already since I send the first email. I’m suspecting that they are trying to drag until the next subscription date to charge one more time .

The app is quite boring and doesn’t keep kids engaged. It feels repetitive and not interesting. Would not recommend.
