Every time I click on an item after search or specific category, that item page only show very very very very very very very small picture of the item. Even best lense microscope in world wont be able to help me out. Tried updating, delete and reinstall. Nothing helped. In the end, use website based store. Disappointed Ikea. Spent so much money here.

lousy app! unable to delete items from shopping list and unable to add items to cart even though the items are in stock, how am i suppose to purchase your stuff, Ikea??

I wanted to rectify my address but I could not find anywhere in the app where it can be edited. Tried logged out, reinstall app,update address in web browser but nothing changed in the apps. As last resort I had to delete account and recreate again and put in the correct address. This also means I cannot change delivery address if I want it to be delivered elsewhere. The shopping experience is good though and easy to navigate until checkout.

The item you need but out of stock in the particular IKEA shop, you will get stuck and unable to proceed checkout. And also unable to know which items not available in the shopping cart. You have to get out again ans click each item to check which one they don’t hav. 😩 how lame. Should be able to edit and see which item is out of stock before proceed checkout. The apps also not stable. Got stuck many times and unable to edit the numbers of items required before check out.

UPDATEThank you for new update release that fix the image not shown in previous app’s version.The app is good, and it can be better if some of the area such as at section ‘Metod kitchen all parts’ that have the error “Server is not responding. Please try again later” issue can be resolved.Looking forward for Ikea team to resolve this issue.Thank you.OLDThis Ikea app really helpful in giving ideas to decide on what items to be bought, and so far, the app has smooth navigation. The app can be more useful and better if the image for each product can be shown because currently, for each product, the image is not showing.The ammendment of this issue would be very useful info when making conclusion on what item need to be bought.Thank you.

Every single action takes sooo long to load. Clicking open an item, adding or removing to cart, favourites etc take 10 seconds to complete each time. My internet is 500Mbps and no issue on other shopping platforms. Disabled VPN and restarted the phone, no change. It’s honestly just this app. Frustrating experience

I like the app however there a still room for improvement. May I recommend adding the barcode or ikea family ID in the app so that we dont have to carry around the actual card and cashier can just scan it from our mobile app? Just like what uniqlo did

Not very user friendly. Item that i marked as “Watching” didn’t pop up notifications that they already back in stock until i open the app. Some item also didn’t appear under relevant keywords like shelves, rack, etc. I had to know the items specific name to search instead of using keywords.

Tried to clear the shopping list on the app many times, but somehow the deleted items would still reappear again on the shopping list. Also, the availability of items shown on the app is not completely accurate. Kindly fix this

Not able to put item into cart, so does this app just meant for you to check items? It’s been a while unable to add items to cart and still haven’t fix it. Inaccurate stock information, app says out of stocks for months so I decided to try my luck and go to store, find whole stack of the things I wanted...Do you even update your inventory information?
