Truecaller has been one of the most reliable apps for protecting me against scammers and unwanted calls. The caller identification is fast and accurate, and it has helped me avoid countless spam and fraud attempts. I really appreciate how the app consistently updates its database, giving me confidence every time my phone rings. I encountered the Family Plan issue. After attempting to purchase it, a misleading message popped up stating the purchase was successful, but it actually wasn’t. This issue with the software led to repeated purchase attempts. Additionally, after successfully purchasing the Family Plan, there is no option to ‘add family members.’ Instead, the only available button is ‘Leave Family,’ which is completely illogical.I sent an inquiry via email and waited for several days, only to receive a response suggesting I cancel my Truecaller Premium subscription through the iOS App Store. This is very disappointing. Truecaller used to be reliable, but now it feels like a scam targeting users. I would strongly advise against trusting this software!

I can’t find Truecaller in my IPhone’s phone setting. I have restart my phone for few times as per advise, I still can’t find it in the phone setting. In my Truecaller apps, it show that my phone did not activate the spam protection. Problem is I can’t find it in phone setting. After upgrading the apps, the issue still the same.

I dont make app reviews usually. But this had so much disappointment recently. All the useful features are gone. It used to show caller ID and now there’s none. When someone calls and you wanna do a quick search, you end up either a 15s ads and by the time search is done, the call is gone as well. When you want to update the spam list, all they do is sell you packages, like non-stop. im not sure about the leak but I have receive more spam calls than ever after the changes. Im soon to uninstall the all if this continues, like i mean its not helping even if i keep the app.

I have yet to even search any contacts and they said i was overlimit and exceeded my search for the day, my last search was one month ago, they kept pushing ads for 1 single search and that wasnt enough, now they forcing the subscriptions down our throat, after “getting” all our contacts and build their database this is how they treat the users, we basically made the app worked with the data and contacts we gave them, now this is not enough, soon they will also sell your data to call centres because greed is bottomless pit, beware other users, i have deleted this app after using it for years.

Please make a feature where people can report a person's contact, not just a business contact. There is a lot of scammers out there using personal contact number to lure people for a job. This number should be banned and marked as a scam alongside their contact number. I hope this helps you develop better apps and your business too.
