Its a great app especially with the practice vocab, BUT the ai voice is TOO LOW, my volume is already full but I barely can hear the ai voice 😭

i can't even learn. I press start and then it need me to subscribe and when it’s end, I need to cancel but if I forgot to add it will give the money by itself. I haven’t started to learn and it’s want me to pay the money. It’s not fun. :(I saw it in IG and I saw everybody is using the app and it looks good yeah this is a reason why I’m download this app but when I download and I don’t even started and they want me to pay the MONEY OH MY GOD, I DIDN’T EXPECT THAT .

We’re sorry this was such a disappointing start. Pingo’s annual plan includes a 7-day free trial with unlimited use and no payment due upfront. You’re only charged after the trial if you continue, and you can cancel anytime under Settings > Manage Subscription. Monthly plans do not include a trial. i downloaded it hoping to learn mandrin but within five minutes, it started lagging so bad. I couldn’t access a single thing without paying a ridiculous amount of money, and i’ve seen advertisements on tiktok saying it’s free which was the reason i wanted to try this app. this is a bunch of bullcrap, don’t download unless you want to go broke and waste your time.
