This is my first time try to buy nike running shoes. I bought these shoes last month, and I have been wearing this shoes everytime for running and other sport.Before this, i was using my old pair of shoes for running. My feet and knees were always sore after running. My friends suggesgted me to get a new sport shoes, he recomended me to buy these nike running shoes. The difference was clear from the first time i use it. My feet felt very comfortable when i was running. Even after running around for an hour, I did not feel the usual pain in my knees and ankles like before. This shoes is soft but still not enough to keep my feet stable.The shoes are also very light and breathable. Which is very good for long running sessions. After a month of daily use, this shoes still look almost new. The quality of this shoes make the me dont regret to buy it with the price given.My only complain about this shoes is the laces can come loose during intense running, so I always double knot the shoes just to be safeOverall, these shoes are worth every cent. I would highly recommend this shoes to anyone who love running.

Just wait till there are sales and discounts at least 30%. Too expensive for regular Malaysians. Also if you want a Nike better to buy here. Do Not buy at Foot Locker. They will not return and refund anything that was on sale even 1% sale. Buy Nike from here during sales. But Nike must improve its customer satisfaction service. I ordered and paid for my EPL team’s jacket at a very affordable sale price. Then it was cancelled by Nike due to inventory shortages. What? Is this Nike or a different small company using Nike’s name. I am very disappointed. It was cancelled without compensation. Nike should hire me for customer service and a problem solver. I would tell myself that Nike will get the item as ordered but will take some time. It’s fine with me. I don’t mind waiting 1, 2 or even 3 months for the jacket I paid for from the Nike app. Once promised it can’t be broken. Nike should have gotten the jacket I paid for using all resources from Nike. Get it from another country and I can wait. If this was a local store in Shopee, I can understand. But it’s Nike. Just do it. Call another Nike store in another country and get the item. Even if it’s from Nike Siberia or Nike Alaska, it’s fine. I can wait.
Trouble with purchasing

2nd consecutive prob while buying online despite few options to checkout. Always ended up money deducted/credit card charged but transaction failed. Refund process takes long time. Something is wrong with your checkout process. Bank is always giving correct notifications on purchased charged but App says otherwise.Always missed the member exclusive items because of this issue. Please Fix/improve this! Other online shopping app experience is seamless n legit

I had made an order in Nike app, money had already been deducted but end up do not show any confirmed email, even though the Nike app also do not show any purchases history. Calling the customer service who is also need me to wait for 24 hours for confirming whether the order has be successful place or not!!! Your app is really have bug! Please fix it immediately
