Balancing the Match making

My complain bout this game is the match making while its good to balance it with ranking it also good to balance it with combat power since i want to practice my other characters as well to improve my play but that limit me since some of my chracters are not having a high rated combat power so when battle i was matched against a very High combat power which gave me a huge disadvantage on me since the match making was about ranking and not combat power so i hope u guys fine a way to make it balancing so that more people can enjoy using their not very high combat power character in the future

dear dev, this game is undeniably stoked and it feels like you are Monkey D. Luffy and try to be the Pirate King and fight those villains with your super strenght and power but unfortunately the CONNECTION ISSUE is the main reason that all of us get dropped rank or league, lost treasures and even get restricted to get any rewards instantly. We thought that it might be our cellphone or our internet connection/data caused it all but clearly it was not. our cellphone is just fine and so do our internet connection/data. Clearly, this is unacceptable since the issues were not from our own side. All of us are facing hard time now, all we need is this kind of entertainment to keep us insane. Please, we are begging you the geniuses developer to fix this issue the soonest. Thank you for your understanding and please be safe wherever you are.

Bandai refund back diamonds and we refund the four star we get

When I first got in to the game I got Dracule mihawk and I have a great amount of diamonds, only my mihawk is usable as it is only the 91 level, my other characters’ level is too low so i can’t even play others , I wanted to use my diamonds to summon so bad, but I heard other people say to save till anni so I endure it till today , but when 2 anni came it needs at least 1750 diamonds to get one guaranteed ex, I only have 1000 diamonds I thought can get 3 ex , I was wrong, all I got was just 10+ 4 stars , like I was so hyped waiting for so long just for 28/1 step up summon , I even endured the oden summon, but bandai just ruin this whole thing . This game was not bad though ex a little broken, but the summon system is just like bruh, at the past I played marvel contest of champions, it’s summons also quite bad but now they changed , they at least now have events where U can get shards and get guaranteed six star heroes so please Bandai think hardly for this.

Please hire people who can fix the game. There are too many bugs in the game. The matchmaking is too unfair and unbalanced. The characters are poorly developed and poorly balanced. There are too many characters, but most of them are useless for league play. There should be more usable characters in the league, not just the new ones. There is a huge security issue in the game, since most players cheat in the game, and that is too unfair for us players who want to play this game well. We have been asking for too long for this to be fixed, for something to be done against so many cheating players in the game. Please hire capable people who can fix this, and not just hire people who only make new, unnecessary characters every month. They don't understand that characters should be balanced, but only know how to make new, disposable characters. Please hire people who can do the job and change developers, please
