5v5 Mode Bug (Replay Video)

I just tried out the 5v5 mode and I have to say that it was a lot of fun for me to play with a bunch of teammates and opponents too. But sometimes the FPS dropped too much like from 61 to 4.Unfortunately, i encountered a bug when I replay the 5v5 mode video. It happened when I watched the first round ended and it glitched out while loading for the second round. The loading part might be for the character selection but it didn't show up.Also for the 3v3 mode, I don't really like the part where I have to choose the heroes again after I already got matchmake with my premade teammates. I think that's just defeated the purpose of selecting the heroes from the main menu. I prefered the old matchmaking system.

Man I didn’t know why this game isn’t popular yet. The graphics and the animations of the characters are so amazing, gameplay are fun too! But i wish there are some type of world/country chat so we can add friends from ppl that speak the same language. And maybe a ranked match? Anyway, kudos to the dev team!
Bugs and chances of getting heroes in rumble box

The achievement option and the store is bug, kept telling free claims when there is nothing to claim. The achievement option is bug too, i cant open it. The game also freezes sometimes and its annoying. Some heroes are glitching for example, Aleta dash skills is keep flickering/not smooth as if the hero Aleta is lagging. And the most main problem is, i keep on claiming mega/big/normal rumble boxes by completing task and tryhard but it just gives me the hero shards to upgrade them, why am i not getting any other hero such as Aleta and many more?? This game needs more fixing first then Dev can consider improving the game. This game is fun to play but it seems to get boring as i kept on waiting for a tasks to refresh.
