A while back I used headspace as little as possible(not this device.) Then I started using it more and more. Then came this device, I love headspace. It’s the best and can help with literally everything, from sleep to waking up.
Now it’s been hard for me to follow the meditation regimen here, but unlike how I have pictured meditation based on Nollywood tropes and Instagram pictures, the practice of it is actually more accessible and practical. I would never have started meditation if I didn’t discover headspace. Headspace simplifies meditation and allows you pick your own pace of meditation - which I think is the best feature here after the general incredibleness of the foundation idea.
This app has been absolutely amazing! I am only 11 years old and I have anxiety problems that are doused in fears. But Headspace has helped me let go of these things and I’ve only done 2 sessions! Highly recommend.
I've used headspace for just 5 days and i must be honest, there's been a huge change in the way i handle situations and stress in my life.
Truth is, most of these apps they advertise are free are not really free. They lure you into downloading the app with the illusion that you’ll get access to everything within until you’re asked to subscribe. The “free service” they’re talking about is just the trial version to have a feel of what the whole app features. I really don’t appreciate this.
I just started using it and I’m loving it. It really helps in releasing my tension and focusing my mind. Great app 👍🏽
