Good game. But the developers have included a few sneaky tricks. For example, if you lose, you’re offered to pay 900+ points at the end to get back into the game and take another 5 steps. Considering that you earn up to 30 points per game, about 30 of your games get flushed down the toilet with one click. The “pay 900 points” button is located in the same spot on the screen as the usual “Play” button, so players sometimes click it automatically, even though they don’t actually want to spend such a disproportionate amount for 5 inconsequential moves. This is one of the developers’ tricks. Overall, though, the game isn’t bad.
The game is great, but from around the 200 level you realize that it’s becoming a typical pay to play game. While it’s possible to somehow move to a higher level, it goes VERY slowly if you don’t want to purchase any extras. It also uses the addictive mechanics that, in the beginning, pumps you with its easiness, and later uses it to frustrate and make you pay to keep on wining the levels. It’s easy to notice when you’re a psychologists.
The game is clearly designed in a way that makes it almost impossible to win without paying. To move on to the next level, you often have to purchase additional features. If you don’t pay, you can end up replaying the same level a hundred times. But once you pay 9.99 PLN for an extra move, the game suddenly lets you pass.In my opinion, the game is built to create addiction and financial exploitation. “Free hour-long games” suddenly pop up, and you click on them thinking you’re just starting the next level. They often appear unexpectedly and at times when you don’t even want to play.I do not recommend this game to anyone.
I encountered a clear game error after playing Royal Match successfully for over a year without any issues. Instead of acknowledging the problem, the support team blamed me for the issue, despite my extensive experience with the game. The game deliberately provokes players into making purchases through pay-to-win mechanics. What was previously manageable gameplay suddenly became impossible without spending real money, forcing players into financial transactions. When I experienced a technical error, the support team again avoided providing assistance and shifted blame onto me rather than addressing the legitimate technical problem. The support team consistently refuses to provide meaningful help, instead deflecting responsibility to the player even when clear game errors are reported. Their approach is to blame the customer rather than resolve issues.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Royal Match due to manipulative monetization practices and terrible customer service that refuses to acknowledge or fix legitimate problems.
Games are easy, boring, and have nothing to do with what they show in the ads. Thanks to probability variables at some point everyone will have to decide if they want to wait or pay the actual money to continue playing. Completely unethical business model, completely unethical ad campaign match nicely with the low quality product they offer to consumers. World would be a better place if companies like that went bankrupt. Let's make simmering good together, people, don't play this game!
This game is a typical paytowinwin. It controls our every move. If he wants us to win, he'll give it to us, and if he doesn't, we'll lose. Encourages with free time but only to make us lose. This game the authors of the game do not respect the players because they do not respond to comments. this is the worst and stupidest game I have ever come across. it deceives us at every step, our every move is controlled by their mechanism. We will achieve nothing without their consent. such games should be controlled by independent institutions.
