Deep Links from web browser to mobile app are very invasive and highly disturb the workflow. Using LinkedIn on mobile I like having a few LI tabs open simultaneously to double check some facts or refer to something from a completely different discussion after to the one I started writing my comment to. If am unfortunate enough to start writing comment on mobile and then accidentally tap on any LI link, the Deep Link kicks in and all my comment "draft" is gone, because the mobile app arbitrarily navigates to the action from the Deep Link.

I’ve noticed that LinkedIn has become increasingly difficult to use effectively for serious job seekers. The growing presence of fake job posts and accounts posing as recruiters is undermining the platform’s value. If the technology doesn’t meaningfully support users in finding legitimate opportunities, then it’s failing at its core purpose. As users, we shouldn’t bear the brunt of reporting fraudulent posts and profiles—especially given the scale of the issue. It’s unrealistic to expect individuals to police a platform of this size. If LinkedIn is going to operate at scale, then it must also take responsibility at scale with smarter detection, stronger verification, and better support. The experience is further diluted by frequent redirects to company websites for applications and the need to vet questionable listings. This detracts from the core goal of using LinkedIn efficiently—especially for those actively job hunting with limited time. Many users, myself included, feel frustrated with the current value proposition. The paid features do not meaningfully improve the job search experience, and there’s a growing perception that the return on investment for Premium is not justified. If LinkedIn is serious about remaining the go-to platform for professional networking and job discovery, it needs to address these concerns with urgency. Your users are here with real goals and limited time—please make that count. If I could give zero stars that would be my accurate rating.
I‘ve subscribed to the premium free trial and you would not believe how difficult it was to resign from it and not get charged. I had no access to my computer and only used my phone. The app doesn’t allow you to cancel the subscription, nor you can do it from the browser on your smart device. The customer service was not able to do it for me. I had to block LinkedIn on my card app so they wouldn’t charge me for a year subscription. It’s ridiculous. On the top of it the stupidity of how the login feature works, their “suspicious” activity constant verifications that lead nowhere. The codes that don’t reach the mailboxes so you’re not able to login to your own account even though you provided a valid password. This makes this app really one the least ever used by me.

Even though I’m premium user the app does not take me seriously and keeps spamming me with top job picks from my current location instead of preferred locations. With time it only gets worse. I wish there was a button like do not send me job pick from my current location/country. Every day I spend a lot of time clicking on proposed job adverts from all over the country I have the misfortune to live not to be shown again. How does your AI respond? By sending me new ever worse fitted job pick in enourmous amount. I wonder if the AI has been programmed to act malicious or else what do you want to prove? It is unnacceptable please urgently fix it. Your app, especially premium account, should be more responsive to user needs. The top picks are also far from relevant to my profile. For example I receive job offers requiring knowledge of languages I do not know at all.

Idk what’s the issue with this app but the more you scroll, the harder it gets to be able to proceed with any operation. It gets frozen and you loose or your current work at any random moment. I experienced it while applying for jobs and job offers scrolling. At this point I am unable to look at the job posts that would be older than 18 hours. The freeze and unresponsiveness usually happens after 5+ minutes of job postings’ scrolling. My phone gets also hot just from using this app which would indicate that it uses a lot of the resources to work. I hope it does get fixed because I have been experiencing these issues for over 6 months now.
No way to change my password EVEN when its logged on my laptop cuz it sends notification to my OLD phone and doesn’t let me to receive way to reset in any other way like email or phone. Idk why you ask for ID scan if you can’t even reset or locate my account. THIS IS JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I JUST WASTED 30 min on stupid, going no where process of resetting the password on the phone and using persona for god knows what reason. Guess what? Still can’t access the account and I have no idea what for where my ID checked. Idiotic and I would advice finding a way that allows to change password without getting a nervous breakdown.
