Game is good, but disconnects are ruining experience

Tormilk
Due to some reason I experience disconnection (I’m sure my home network is fine) and the game doesn’t reconnect automatically, I have to close it open again. Disconnection icon can appear even during game load screen and it comes too often to enjoy the game. I would appreciate if developer team could make auto reconnect feature and some more information during that red eyed tv icon, kinda fade off the game screen and some text like “give us a chance, we are reconnecting”.

Вчера начался ивент и я потратил много кристаллов чтобы стать лидером. Но зайдя в приложение через час, прогресс откатился на 50% и мне пришлось опять производить все действия по улучшению. Так же покупал кристаллы за реал. Но они тоже откатились. Но деньги не были возвращены. Интересная у вас система. Может это и баг. Но очень походе на схему по занижению результатов. Очень низко!

Очень много багов. В последнем событии я была в топ 20 рейтинга, в итоге по окончанию события игра показала что я не вошла в рейтинг и награды я не получила
