I really like this game it’s really fun but the problem with it is when you’re playing on one device and you make a lot of progress and then you play another device and then you start over. I really recommend. Adding a login feature. This game is excels in in being appreciative to its old self instead of just adding updates. And then adding updates over and over and over once in a while why not just add the OG version a lot of people really miss it. The updates are just… not it so please add this features and the character costs are really, really, really really really really very expensive$$$!!?!!???? and for what reason you don’t get paid for them to be expensive, please make them cheaper would you? And also can the game be less unfair? That’s all I have to say.!!!!!

This is the best game ever! It’s my childhood game and I’ve played it for years. I still play it, but recently I couldn’t find the game in my device ( maybe it was deleted my accident ) so I redownloaded it. And to my surprise I HAD to restart everything, so basically all my skins achievements everything was gone! But it was account from recently 2025 until I lost everything. The whole point of telling this story is that I would love for you to save your account so your memories skins achievements friends and the rest of your stuff will stay. Even though it’s not my childhood account and it’s just my recent account I would still love to be able to have that feature. Thank you so much for reading sorry if I wrote a lot! 💗🥹😄

Wow. Everyone this game is amazing I have been playing this game for so long but the reason I just gave it 4 stars is because the updates have absolutely ruined the game . I honestly miss the old ones with the classic music I feel like because of the music it matters a lot and just to say I am pretty sure no one likes the new music with all the complicated updates!!!! , it’s hard to mange all but overall this game is really good cause it dose not have sooo many adds like some other games. And the characters are sooo overly expensive with the money also they have changed the gift box cash price it’s Very VERYYY annoying when ur beating ur highest score and then an add pops up without a timer!!!!! But my overall rating are pretty good 👍🏻💕😍

since the new Edinburgh update the song has changed into a mediaeval tune that changes into the original subway surfers song. this makes the game less fun to play because as a person who has played this game for many years and for the song to suddenly change defeats most of the game’s purpose. i have always played this game as an easy and simple game with a song that makes me excited to jump on trains! but now that the song has changed into a mediaeval tune that does not match the theme of the game whatsoever makes the feeling of playing the game way worse. i barely play this game anymore since you changed the song. i get that you have to change the theme to a new place every now and then and i absolutely love that idea, but changing the song is going too far. please bring back the original subway surfers song!

I started the game and then I played it for 40 mins and then for some reason it says connection problem why is that?I checked my connection and it was all good!? And I loaded the game again and it still says connection problem I deleted the game and I downloaded it again and then I saw my data was deleted tooI told my big bro ,why aren’t the free ads not working, I Gave it to my big brother who’s 16-17 and chose his age and then he saw the connection problem, he did everything and it still not workedHe went to settings and he clicked support (contact us)And he was sent to face book and put my name and his password and emailNow I have a Facebook account, and he sent a message on your profile pic that says *probably the best game I have ever played on mobile no cap*Something like that, And the connection problem is gone and I was so happy but then the next day THE CONNECTION PROBLEM CAME BACKI was so mad and then I messaged a nice message that says *good pic*And it didn’t work, I gave up!Whyyy did you get rid of free adsWith free ads it would’ve been 5 starYOU NEED TO GET BACK THE FREE ADS PLEASE IM BEGGINGthis deserves 3 star because it still a good game and it at least it doesn’t make me can’t play it

Subway Surfers has been my addiction for almost 5 years I enjoy playing this game every single time I played with my siblings, my friends and my cousins and never gotten bored. It’s perfect for people who don’t enjoy playing stupid games like Roblox and Minecraft and so I highly recommend Subway surfers. It’s the perfect game for you to play without Internet when you’re bored at a sleepover or even when you don’t fall asleep easily at night it’s just a motivation for you to keep gaming and gaming even when it’s not time, maybe it sounds stupid but it’s actually enjoying and entertaining love subway surfers and I feel sorry for all the people who are not playing it

i love this game because its my childhood game but why is your new update is that bad it wasn’t like thisI collected over 150 cap for season hunt and it locked me from getting rewards i only can unlock one reward everyday im at 16 reward i have to reach 30 reward before the 13 day end and i can’t because of your BAD UPDATE another thing , you support the stupidest people but can’t support Saudi people? if you’re not adding a season for Saudi Arabia im gonna stop playing your game and delete it from all my devices but if you fixed your app im gonna change the rate to 5 starsand i want my name to be on the top run because its on my device but when i see on my sister device my nams is not on it like why would you do that im literally trying to play and reach high score run to be on top run even in other people devices but you disappointed me soooo bad and ruined my day

honestly, I’ve been playing this game since I remember, so I’m a little bit biased, but this game is my go to for killing my boredom or when there’s no internet. This game is literally so nostalgic for me, and I have soo many good memories with it. I would definitely recommend because this game is a classic and I’m pretty sure everyone on this planet has at least heard the word “subway surfers”. The updates are really well made and it’s fun to play different maps once in a while, but in my opinion, the original map will always be number 1 and I kind of miss it💔. Other than that this is a 10/10 and I would definitely recommended.

However, I was shocked to discover that it contains themes and ideas that promote concepts completely contradicting sound human nature and the core values we work hard to instill in our children.A 9-year-old child might be a good reader, but they are still in middle childhood. Their mind has not yet matured enough to process or analyze such complex and controversial ideologies. At this age, they absorb messages as absolute truths. Exposing them to this content distorts their innate disposition and raises confusing questions they aren't ready for, instead of allowing them to simply enjoy their childhood in innocence and safety.It is highly irresponsible—and frankly, a breach of trust in the age-rating system—to embed such ideas into a game directed at children of this age. Games designed for this demographic should focus on mental challenges, creativity, and clean, positive fun.I strongly urge the developers to review their content policy to genuinely align with a 9+ rating. I strongly caution every parent against allowing their children to play this game.
