Here’s a simple truth: we don’t work with documents on mobile the same way we do on desktop. So it makes sense that Microsoft reimagined Office for a uniquely mobile experience where being productive feels frictionless.

  • Mobile Office on the Go

The perfect app to working on the mobile! I love the ease of browsing through my work files on OneDrive and conveniently opening them to work on!This app is so much more than the combination of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I can open my PDFs and comment on them. I can also see my notes on OneNote. Now the only question I have to ask is when is this coming to the iPad? 😁

  • Split View Multitasking Problem

    Evan14393

The separated apps of Office support split view multitasking, which means you can open apps in 2 split views and edit 2 files at the same time. However, this merged version doesn’t have this feature. Please add it as soon as possible, thanks.

  • Poor Experience when downloaded on IPad.

When using Microsoft 365 on ipad, there are lots of functions unavailable and after there was an update and I updated it.There is problems with opening the files, every time I tried to open my files to edit, the apps would shut down and I would be brought back to my home page on my ipad.I wasn’t even able to use outlook to share a file to my friend so as to keep an extra copy of my work.

  • Separate work and personal

    summerxray

It’s ironic that the app needs to restart every time I change from an account to another. It makes the entire experience horrible and annoying. Split the apps into for personal and for work instead of forcing everything into one whilst creating a horrible experience switching between work and personal account. Furthermore, by default, there shouldn’t be a need to reopen the last doc that’s last opened before. It takes so long to load.

  • Unable to log in after latest update

    Sallywhy

After updating my iOS and Microsoft app to the katest version last week, i have been prompted to re-log in with each use (even though I am using the app multiple times in one day). Despite attempting to log into the same account, I kept getting the same error message “you have been logged in with another account”, and am unable to proceed further and thus unable to use the app at all. The only way around this issue is to delete the app and re-DL from App Store. This happens for Office, Excel and Word apps. Have not use Powerpoint so not sure if it happens there too. Very frustrating.I am the only user of this personal device, so there is no way another user have logged into another account when I am not watching.Am currently using ipad mini 6, iOS 16.3.1, and the latest version of above mentioned Microsoft apps.Another issue:It has been frustrating to use the ipencil scribble to text function with Microsoft apps too. Despite turning off the auto-correct function, letters scribbled with the ipencil would be recognised and auto-corrected as English words resulting in unintended text. Letters will kept being “corrected” to the same unintended text despite more than 3 attempts to correct it with clear and slow scribble strokes. The only way around is to call out the keyboard and type out the intended word. And with the latest version of the Microsoft app, it has been super difficult to get the keyboard out. SUPER FRUSTRATING.Logically speaking, when one is trying to take notes fast, you would use short-hand (self-invented or otherwise). Also, for multiple subjects latin, Greek and words of other languages are mixed in, not to mention Scientific terms too. So it’s really quite unthinkable to have ipencil scribbled letters recognised as proper full-length ENGLISH words. Not sure if this issue lies with Apple or Microsoft but since I have no way to feedback to Apple, I can only try with Microsoft. If this is not your issue, may I have the ease of tapping on screen to call out the keyboard back? Or at least give us this preference to toggle it on or off.Hope a solution for these bugs will be out soon. Thank you.

  • Equation editor and formatting

The office integration and interface is very good and easy to use. I’m very satisfied overall except for the following small inconveniences in word 1. Equation editor does not come with a list for us to select symbols and we have to use commands.2. After equation editor, it is difficult to end and go back to normal text as it will continue within the equation editor unless I start a new line.3. Auto capitalisation prevents me from changing the bullet such as (A) to (a).Mac office has auto cap but it doesn’t modify the bullet, which is good.
