There is quite a lot of scammer user in my temporary phone on my telegram I have make a police report but they told me to wait until next month to collect my new phone this is the old phone I have using for the past about 1 year . Please do something or create a strong security on telegram and updates thx please do improve of the updates in telegram to create strong security and safe community also install a save security system cause never know the scammer can do anything on my main SIM card I am more focus on the block user report more part please add more information on it at least can report block the scammer , and report it really disappointing

Better than WhatsApp like they have edit feature earlier and that’s after I suggest to WhatsApp to have it however it’s troublesome and ridiculous when you meet a crazy abusive user and report her and telegram support sides with her. They said I text her first so I disturb her but it’s because they have such a feature to find nearby users to make friends with in the 1st place ! Then they said if I insist on reporting that action will be taken against my account ! Ridiculous to the extreme! Support teams are run by volunteers and I don’t know how well-trained they are. Please improve!This is the only chatting app where verbal abuse is tolerated and even defended! Absolutely ridiculous! I only give it 2 stars because it’s better than WhatsApp as in they have edit feature first and people can add someone in telegram without knowing mobile number which protects your mobile number privacy.

I like Telegram with its superior features like polls, how new members to groups/channels can see previous messages before they join, editing of messages and deleting of all messages which has its pros and cons too. It’s somehow been a bit buggy for me. I can’t see all my older messages unless I reopen the app. I hope I don’t have issues with removing people from folders as well which I had before. To all those people complaining about getting added to spam groups, you just need to change your security setting to allow only your contacts who can add you to channels and groups.

Hey Telegram!I’ve been using your app for the past 5 years and things have been going well, except for this year. I still love the features that Telegram provides - cute stickers, easy to save sticker package, video messages, text editing, well-thought privacy settings, etc.Have had no issues except for this year. Video messages that i receive takes a LONG time to load. Initially i thought it was due to my phone as I’ve been using the same phone for 6 years. Makes sense for my old phone to lag. But even after I’ve changed to a new phone and update telegram, I still am dealing with the same issue.To my surprise, I am not the only one dealing with this problem. Every one of my friends share that they too hate how slow it takes for video messages to load. We also hate how long it takes for telegram to connect. The word ‘Reconnecting’ can be found at the top of the app for awhile, and it gets frustrating when communication gets delayed. A short 5 seconds video takes 30-60 seconds to load before the preview starts playing. Same goes for how long it takes the app to ‘connect’. Would appreciate it if something can be done about this. Thanks

I never thought I'd be so upset about a new feature to the point where I'd give a one star review on an app I use frequently, but here we are. Not sure which product manager thought that the community wanted. It flopped as a premium feature and instead of removing it, they thought, "maybe not enough people are using it, let's force it on the rest of the users". I feel sorry for the developers and everyone in the team who were forced to work this feature against their will. To the tone-deaf response of the stories feature not taking up the UI clearly didn't think about the UX, and completely missing out on how users actually use Telegram. On a positive note, it would be very interesting to see how this feature came to fruition as a case study of how NOT to push a new feature.

I’m so disappointed with quality of the App. (1) Every time you are opening App it takes time to update. Updating, connecting.. you never know how long will it take, but it is definitely not instant and much slower comparing to WhatsApp. Previously I used to use Telegram for communication purposes, but since I faced connection issue WhatsApp is the first option again. (2) Notifications settings might stop working and you might receive notifications you didn’t want to see and which were not shown before. (3) Secret chats consistently stop working and you have to create a new one. Stopped using this feature at all as it is not reliable. Using App for some news channels only as I find it unstable and unreliable. So sad, because I loved it before.
