Such a great App for the broadcasting service!Keep updating! Keep pushing! Make this app better and better
After successful log in, the app was unable to use any functions. I did restore the purchased it still came out the issues. Very frustrated app. I called for refund and they just said they are unable to do it with the app system must ask iTunes. It is very shame that F1 has such a system.
所謂每個月NT$90塊錢的F1 TV Access，根本沒辦法看所謂的F1 轉播，只能看那些live timing，那些在YouTube 上有人都會直播。如果要看F1轉播，還要升級到F1 TV pro，每個月NT＄280，那麼我去裝cable 看緯來體育台算了。聽說即使繳了$280升級為F1 TV pro, 台灣地區還不support 線上看F1 轉播，所以我繳了九十塊，用了不到一個小時就退訂，但是我有要求Apple要refund 這90塊，因為App訂閱的功能就像是在是騙人的。I have filled the survey on the Formula 1 APP, but I did not expected they will face such kind problem. I have started to watch Formula 1 when Senna was still racing, but I was very disappointed Formula 1 recent years.
This app is not worth a dime if you’re subscribing it to watch the live F1 broadcast because some areas are blocked even if you already paid for the subscription.
開發者回覆Hey there, Taiwan is not a supported region for F1 TV Pro services due to exclusive broadcasting deals in this region, so you cannot watch live action on F1 TV there. This is made clear in our content schedule, where you can view full content availability by region: https://www.formula1.com/en/toolbar/content_schedule.html
