Clash of Clans is a great game, and I have been a part of the CoC community for about 10 years. However, there is an intrusive notification whenever someone raids my village. I don’t want to receive these notifications, but there is no option to turn them off in the game settings. It is important for me to receive notifications about building upgrades, clan wars, and other important events, but not about raids on my village. Please make it possible to turn off these notifications.

I played it 10 years ago and downloaded it again recently, but a problem occurred. When I tried to register a Supercell ID, my new account started conflicting with the old one, and the game stopped launching altogether.I exchanged messages with support for a week, but received nothing except generic advice. I explained my problem over and over again in every message, clearly stating that the game does not launch at all, yet I kept getting the same response: “contact us through the in-game settings.” In my very first message, I mentioned that I didn’t have enough storage, but in the last reply they told me that the issue was caused by insufficient storage.At that point, I fully realized that I wouldn’t get anything from support other than standard, copy-paste responses. I’m very disappointed, especially because I had invested a lot of time in this game.

I have an issue with one specific account. While I can log into my other accounts on different devices, this particular account won’t load, preventing me from accessing my other accounts. I’ve contacted support via email and in-game from a different account, but they only provided generic troubleshooting steps, which I’ve tried multiple times. I’m confident this is a game issue. Due to this, I can’t access my other accounts. I’m a paying customer who spends money on the game, yet I’m not receiving adequate technical support. Instead, I’m only given generic advice, which isn’t resolving the issue. I’m still willing to accept help from anyone to recover my accounts because I really love this game, but I’m very disappointed with the technical support. If possible, I would like someone to contact me and help resolve this issue.

I’m almost a veteran of Clash Of Clans. I returned to it this year and there are few changes that made COC worseFirst thing I would like to say is 3D models of heroes. I understand that it was made for adding skins but THIS heroes knock out of the picture of all the game. Why wouldn’t you make ALL the game in 3D? I know, it will take long time but it will be worth it. It will be the MOST global update in Clash Of Clans. People will like it, trust me. You made Brawl Stars in 3D so why wouldn’t you make the 2nd most popular game your company made. So that’s your business do it or not.Second is global chat. You KILLED new clans. Global chat was made to invite people in someone’s clans. Deletion of Global Chat was your one of the biggest mistakes No matter what, lots of people love this game one am the part of them

The last update is horrible, idk why ur team add modification to leagues…. It’s seems like you trying to force play casual players as esports, 20% boost for defending heroes and buildings it’s crazy. Before it i was doing very well, now most my attack is 90-95% because enemy heroes too strong and defence doing more damage mostly it’s time fail. A lot players feeling frustrating and rage quitting. Their main strategy not working anymore to use new strategy players need TIME to upgrade equipment and other stuff….. Before the game was giving me a lots good emotions, since 12 years I never felt bad in this game. Now when most attacks are time fail I feel so sad about how it’s going and no clue how long can i play. Easy 3 stars in clan wars but when you going to high league it’s pain. Seems it’s over. I bought a purse of crystals for 1.19$ I was charged an additional 5.99$ and wrote Special offer, while I did not buy anything additional, and moreover I did not get anything additional in the end, it is very similar to fraud, if you have access to my payment data this should not give you the right to steal my money, without even giving anything in return, I play in Clash of Clans for 10 years, and you are so brazenly stealing my money, either give me back my money or give me something in return for this money.Also I addressed to technical support with this problem, but for 6 days I just ignore, technical support is essentially absent in the game, I wrote to the company mail with this problem, so I also did not get any response, in fact I was just cheated out of money and do not get in touch.
