I’m a very long time IT guy that hates to write reviews. But, over been around this block many times. Know support inside out from every prospective and when I as a consumer run into the most insane why have they not fixed this yet because as IT I know it is incredibly simple to do so, I stumbled upon this app and thought I’d give it a try. Now I’m not a big supporter of big brother by any means and am comfortable that Apple does every thing they absolutely can to protect my privacy on my iPhone so when this app launched and everything Apple knew about me, my phone, my Apple ID, my devices, and instant live chat, took my question, answered correctly to point me in the right direction in one sentence, any thing else sir, like a transcript...BAM! I’ve tested, reviewed, complained, threw out plenty of support software and revised help desk playbooks designed to appear to be helpful ends up in frustration over the rep completely missing the point or has a difficult time understanding the issue. I know they mean to help but all of us have suffered the effects of something broken maybe simple but it’s just way to hard to deal with horrible product support. And, the bigger the company the worse it gets. So, Apple, my hat is off to you on this one. It is THE best consumer level support software/chat/reference/all in one convenient at the touch of the icon app ever developed. And being Apple, it will be consistent going forward. I have not yet even gone back to open it a second time to really see what is there as so much flashed by when it zoomed to chat that I now really do need to go explore. Thanks Apple, and yes it is horrible we pay a much higher price for Apple devices and for a very good reason. Quality. Disney yes, love you and yes your are number one and will probably always be, but Apple you have number 2 in my book.
