If you are seeing this, please don’t ever trade your card with this app cuz they are now scamming their customers cuz i traded some cards with this same app and when i make my money withdrawal it got failed first and then i tried it again but after then they send me withdrawal successful but when i checked the payment slip they sent me after hours of not receiving the money yet then i saw it that the payment is still hanging on their end and after so many messages i sent to their customer service they just keep telling to be patient without working on it and i still sent them all the proofs my bank sent to me about the payment that it has never been deposited to my bank account which means the money was never sent that they just want to scam me off my money and i can also screenshots everything and post it so you guys reading this will see how this card brother is now stealing and scamming their own brothers

Normally they are good in loading but the taboo they have is that when they want to send me money it take time and if they na send the money and it mistakenly occurs that the transaction is pending or bounce back and you reportedti them before the customer service will answer you will take time and if they answer you before they get done they can't tell, to send the money of what you trade from them back when the transaction bounce back will be issue let me make example I load card with them around 16:00 and they send the money in 15min and it mistakenly occur it failed or pending I can't say the hrs they will get it done cuz the one am experiencing now it going more a day they will just be telling you be patient

Refund my money

Return back the $500 Apple Card I traded on CardBrother platform pls
I am writing to respectfully and urgently request a resolution regarding the $500 Apple Card I traded on your platform earlier this evening. Unfortunately, the funds have not been credited cause I was told that the card has been used when it’s your platform I traded it. So how come the card is used? And despite my efforts to contact your customer care team, I have not received any response till now. This situation is deeply concerning, as the card does not belong to me but to a trusted friend who relied on me to complete this transaction. Just as I placed my trust in your platform, I now find myself in a difficult position. I have submitted multiple complaints through your app without any acknowledgment. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and refund the $500. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably without escalating it further. I trust in your commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity. Please note that I am giving a final deadline of tomorrow morning for the resolution of this issue. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift response.
