VITRIOL is a storytelling word puzzle game where you journey into, and hopefully out of, a bureaucratic nightmare. As the story unfolds, you can find hidden answers within the words and escape between the lines. The choices you make hold up a mirror to your actions in the real world. Are you guilty of being yourself? It's up to you to find out. Interesting but crazy difficulty spikes

The game starts off pretty intriguing, but a bit on the easy side. By chapter 3 though, the difficulty goes through the roof, and there’s no hint system. The lack of a hint system in a story based puzzle game is odd. If you’re smarter than me, maybe it’s 5 stars!Note: My previous review complained about progress being lost, apparently that was a bug and it was fixed.

Thanks for the feedback! We found a bug in the save game code and fixed it immediately. The new version saves the exact puzzle you left at. Really sorry for the inconvenience. Bugs, sadly, happen.
