What we love: Extra’s default Today tab doesn’t look like a typical inbox. Your most pressing matters—from bill due dates to party invites—are listed under “Needs attention,” and there are links that take you directly to a payment portal or RSVP page without having to open a single email.

Quick tip: To make scheduling easier, Extra lets others pick an open time on your calendar via a link. To share your availability when composing an email, tap the three dots and select “Insert booking link.”
