What we love: Cooing out to attract prospective soulmates fuelled by nothing but hope and birdseed. Most pigeons will tell you they’re not interested – but if you have Clues turned on, some will at least give you a nudge in the right direction. With thousands of potential matches to tick off, finding love is a truly epic endeavour. It’s a good job, then, that you can enjoy the chilled-out soundtrack while you fly past the landmarks of London, Paris, New York and more. There are also multiplayer options, in which you can either hunt for your fellow players or race to find a single pigeon.

Quick tip: Don’t fret if you don’t come beak to beak with your beloved immediately. Pigeon: A Love Story is as much about the journey as the destination, so enjoy the recognisable landscapes, and the other birds’ amusing responses.
