A picture is worth a thousand words, and it’s usually easier to remember too. That’s why Tiimo is taking on scheduling with a fresh, visually driven approach. Divide up your day and that of any member of your family into clear-cut, colour-coded blocks, and make even the most hectic of days feel more manageable.
What we love: Tiimo is structured with neurodiversity in mind. A visual timeline encourages time management and focus, while ongoing reminders (including notifications, vibrations and sounds) help motivate users and transition them to a new task.
Quick tip: Set an event as a one-off or repeating activity, then assign a colour and icon to it to make it instantly recognisable. There are more than 3,000 graphics and a rainbow of shades for you to choose from, easily generating more than enough combinations to cover your tasks.
Meet the creator: The Tiimo team is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and their mission is to make life less chaotic and the world more neuroinclusive. Co-founders Melissa Azari and Helene Nørlem asked neurodivergent adolescents about their needs and experiences as part of a research project that looked into how technology could support them in school. That research was what led to the creation of Tiimo.
