Raid: Shadow Legends is nothing but a cash grab. I spent thousands of gems, shards, and even real money to compete in the Champion Chase Tournament, only to be screwed over by a technical issue. With 9 minutes left, the game completely blocked me from summoning, costing me the win. I reported it IMMEDIATELY with PHOTO EVIDENCE showing the exact time, but support IGNORED ME. Meanwhile, other players who had a DIFFERENT issue—where they could at least summon but didn’t get points—got compensation. So why was I ignored? Because they DON’T CARE. If you spend money and something goes wrong, don’t expect help. They’ll happily take your cash and leave you with nothing. Before i made this review i have been constantly messaging support for 4 days without any progress.

Hello! We've been creating more opportunities to get Champions, Shards, and other in-game items without spending money on them. All you need is time and effort; then, the victory is yours.
