I'm setting up my 900k Baht deposit in June so it's fully seasoned. Since the hard part (the money) is done, what are agents charging these days just for the paperwork and process? Any tips to find a reliable one in Thailand?

Hi, is it possible to change my education visa to a marriage visa based on 40k month option without putting 400k in the bank.

I have statements showing 40k going into my Thai bank for 12 months.

My 90 day visa has been issued but I notice a slight error in the date of birth on the visa.

Is this a problem?

Hello currently back in US, I am married to my Thai wife waiting on her CR1 visa for US, I was in Thailand waiting with her, so had to fly home, so now decided I should get a visa and fly back and wait, or give up on her coming to US, I started a nonO Thai visa application her in US, it wants me to have insurance, 65000 baht a month income, some other things, my question, is there a better way?

Hi. I arrived in Thailand on February 1st (88 days ago). I’m leaving this Sunday May 3rd which will be 91 days. Do I need to do a 90 day report before I leave or I’m ok just leaving at 91? The online system never works for me so I want to check if I need a trip to Changwatthana tomorrow to file. Thank you.

Hello everyone,

My American fiance and I vacationed in Thailand and fell in love. She wants to learn to cook and I want to learn Muay Thai. We went to Hanoi to apply for the DTV visa and we were both denied within 48 hours with no explanation, they refused to answer any questions, and refused to even meet with us at the embassy in person.

Can anyone offer any advice? We are currently planning on returning to the US in June to re-apply. We're currently on the METV.

I’m getting ready to apply for a non-o retirement visa…. I’m going to use an agent, which I have sat down and talked to already.

They’re going to help me out, including opening a bank account, etc.

He gave me two different prices, based on if I entered the country with a certain visa prior to filing for the retirement visa

What visa was he asking me to get, when I enter this next time so we could file for the retire retirement visa…? Any ideas…?

The fees were substantially different if I came in on a certain visa prior to filing for the retirement

Over $1000 USD difference
