Please include as much detail as possible to help us troubleshoot, such as the steps you took, the exact text of any error message(s) you received, and the model and OS version of the hardware you are using. Screenshots or screen captures are helpful as well.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We do our best to respond to support emails within two business days (often much sooner than that).
