The Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) invites sealed bids from qualified firms to perform Fire Protection System Inspection, Testing, Maintenance (ITM), repair, emergency response, and related services at various ACHA-owned and managed properties throughout Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
The solicitation is being conducted through ACHA's eProcurement Marketplace. Interested firms may obtain the IFB documents and submit pricing electronically at ha.internationaleprocurement.com. Firms experiencing difficulties accessing or registering on the eProcurement Marketplace may contact Marketplace Customer Support at (866) 526-9266.

Question Deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM (ET)
Bid Submission Deadline: Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM (ET)
In addition to electronic pricing submission through the eProcurement Marketplace, bidders must submit the required hard-copy documents as specified in the IFB. Hard-copy submissions must be received by the Allegheny County Housing Authority, 301 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, no later than 10:00 AM (ET) on Friday, October 9, 2026. A public bid opening will be conducted at 10:30 AM (ET) on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the above address. ACHA encourages responses from Section 3 business concerns, small businesses, minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, and firms that have not previously performed work for ACHA. The Allegheny County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
