Goertek Releases 2025 Annual Report & Q1 2026 Results On the evening of April 23, Goertek released its 2025 Annual Report and Q1 2026 results. In 2025, AI injected new vitality into the development of emerging smart hardware, bringing new opportunities to the company. Key highlights include: Total revenue for 2025: RMB 96.55 billion Net profit attributable to shareholders: RMB 3.94 billion, a year-on-year increase of 47.85% Operating cash flow: RMB 6.849 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.46% R&D investment for the full year: RMB 5.026 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10%, accounting for 5.21% of total revenue Cumulative patent applications: Over 37,000 In the first quarter of 2026, driven by the rise of AI-powered smart hardware, Goertek maintained a positive growth trend: Quarterly revenue: RMB 18.659 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14.44% Net profit attributable to shareholders: RMB 503 million, a year-on-year increase of 7.28% Looking ahead, Goertek will continue to leverage its systematic solution capabilities of "precision components + intelligent hardware complete systems" and its first-mover technology advantages. The company will actively lay out the AI smart hardware track, deepen partnerships, and comprehensively enhance automation and lean operations to achieve sustainable, high-quality development.

Goertek Subsidiary Rongcheng Goertek Achieves CMMM L4 Certification, Gaining Top National Recognition Again   Rongcheng Goertek Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goertek, has successfully passed the China National Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model (CMMM) Level 4 (Optimization Level) certification—the highest level currently available. This marks yet another top national recognition for Goertek, following its two previous certifications at this level in 2025.   The certification assessment covered the entire business chain of intelligent complete machine design, production, and service. During the process, Goertek successfully addressed several industry technical challenges, including multi-angle AOI inspection, advanced planning and scheduling (APS), and autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) fleet coordination on campus. These breakthroughs further strengthened the closed-loop automation and intelligent integration across the production process.   Going forward, Goertek will continue to deepen its GPS (Goertek Production System) , building a full-chain intelligent manufacturing ecosystem spanning R&D, production, and supply chain. This commitment ensures high-quality product delivery and supports the high-quality development of the industry.
