About Carolyn Jenkins

Rotten Tomatoes | Letterboxd | Metacritic

Carolyn Jenkins is a voracious consumer of film and television. She graduated from Long Island University with an MFA in Screenwriting and Producing where she learned the art of character, plot, and structure. The best teacher is absorbing media and she spends her time reading about different worlds from teen angst to the universe of Stephen King.

Industry Experience

Carolyn's industry focus lies heavily in her area of study: narrative television. She has had jobs on television sets where this appreciation was nurtured and is also a great lover of genre storytelling.

Favorite Media

Carolyn has an eclectic range of tastes from teen dramas like Gossip Girl and Riverdale, to horror classics such as Saw, and sci-fi favorites like Dune. But by and far her favorite shows are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Battlestar Galactica, and Lost.
