Jennifer Ong has been a media professional for over 20 years, first serving as a newspaper lifestyle columnist before making her way to online media. Since then, she's been delving into all things entertainment. For her, the transition made a lot of sense since she developed a fascination for the industry early on, even completing a filmmaking short course at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles at one point. 

Throughout her career, Jennifer has written extensively about films, shows, filmmakers, and Hollywood stars. She enjoys working on stories about what's happening onscreen and beyond.

Jennifer has been a published writer since 1998, first becoming a lifestyle columnist before serving as a writer and editor across several online publications. These include the now-defunct Morning News USA, The Things, ScreenRant, The Talko, Hot Cars, and The List.

Favorite Media

Jennifer appreciates a good action film, whether they involve war zones, heists, and everything in between. She can't stop replaying Black Hawk Down and to this day, she still wishes that Jack Ryan had gone beyond Season 4.
