Mike Thomas is the TV Resource Editor for Collider and is responsible for crafting TV guides and materials for fans who want to learn more about their favorite shows. He's also helped cover several shows with various reviews and interviews with the cast and crew behind hits such as One Piece, Loki, and X-Men '97. 

His love for high fantasy, musicals, and comic books is why he can spend hours breaking down the genius of Bahubali or the lyrical artistry of the Disney hit Encanto. During his free time, Mike's passion for movies continues with his podcasts The Chatter After, The Chatter After Live, and The Amateur Otaku, all shows where he can dive deep into why all stories matter.

Mike has been covering the entertainment industry since 2016. He is an avid TV and film buff and previously worked freelance for Heroic Hollywood, WOBAM Entertainment, The Novice Cinephile. He also serves as a judge for Crunchyroll's Anime Awards.

When he's not talking about movies, he is also a guitarist, playing acoustic, electric, bass, and the ukulele (though learning the ukulele is still an ongoing process). Based in Milwaukee, WI, Mike is an avid sports fan and loves his Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers.

His love for cinema doesn't stop at sci-fi and fantasy. Mike also enjoys romance stories like Pride and Prejudice or comedies like Abbott Elementary.
