Disney+ is a great place to watch nearly every Disney movie under the sun, but you can’t forget the TV. Disney+ has so much great television programming, both content that previously aired on Disney Channel and/or ABC and shows that are original to the service. From Marvel series like WandaVision and Loki to Star Wars shows such as The Mandalorian and Andor, some of the hottest franchise fare is located here as well. ‘Ironheart’ (2025)

The 14th and latest series in the MCU, Ironheart follows Dominique Thorne’s brilliant Riri Williams after her brief introduction in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. After returning to her home in Chicago, Riri uses her genius to invent a suit of armor to rival Iron Man’s. But as we all know, with such power comes dangerous responsibility. Despite review bombers trying to put potential viewers off, Ironheart has managed to bounce back and prove a worthy addition to the MCU. ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ (2025 - Present)

Rotten Tomatoes: 85% | IMDb: 9.0/10

The 13th television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is a continuation of the beloved Daredevil, which finished eight years ago. Born Again takes place several years after the events of the first series and follows Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) as he tries to stay at the top of his professional lawyer game. However, all of that is put into danger when former crime boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) is elected mayor of New York City. Although all episodes of the first season are yet to arrive, early responses have been so positive it’s as if Daredevil never left. An action-packed superhero series with all the trimmings, Born Again is everything fans have wished for. - Jake Hodges

‘Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man’ (2025 - Present)

The latest installment in Spider-Man’s growing list of projects takes the superhero back to his pre-bitten roots, showcasing his rise from the innocent Peter Parker (Hudson Thames) into the masked savior of New York City. Whether in its animation style or the central story, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man puts sincere emphasis on honoring the source material — something that will come as a breath of fresh air to many die-hard Marvel fans. ‘What We Do in the Shadows’ (2019 - 2024)

Based on the mockumentary movie of the same name by Taika Waititi, this series follows a clan of vampires living in modern-day Staten Island, New York. Un-living under the watchful eye of the Vampiric Council, how will the group manage to balance their bloodthirsty reputations with the puzzles of a fast-moving modern world? Featuring a central selection of genius character performances from the likes of Matt Berry, Kayvan Novak, Natasia Demetriou, and Mark Proksch, What We Do in the Shadows is endlessly entertaining and rightfully considered one of the best comedies of the last 10 years. ‘Shogun’ (2024 - Present)

The first ever Japanese-language series to win the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series, Shogun’s almost universal praise is no mere coincidence. ‘Dream Productions’ (2024 - Present)

Hailing from the Inside Out universe, Dream Productions takes the core concept of the anthropomorphized emotions living inside a child’s head and delivers a new tale. This time, two acclaimed dream-makers, Paula Persimmon (Paula Pell) and Xeni (Richard Ayoade), team up to make their next big project under the banner of the titular Dream Productions. Ayoade and Pell are two neat additions to an already wonderful Inside Out voice cast, with the likes of Amy Poehler and Phyllis Smith reprising their roles as Joy and Sadness. On the back of the history-making sequel that stormed to box office supremacy this summer, Dream Productions is simply unmissable. - Jake Hodges

‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’ (2024 - 2025)

The newest installment in the Star Wars series sees a crew of four budding young adventurers who, after making a shocking discovery on their home planet, get whisked away on a galaxy-sized adventure worthy of the Star Wars moniker. Alongside a talented young cast, Skeleton Crew also features the likes of Jude Law and Nick Frost, making for a beautifully blended ensemble fit for a big-budget series. Fast-paced and funny, Skeleton Crew is a much-needed breath of fresh air after a sequence of dark, mature Star Wars stories. - Jake Hodges

'American Born Chinese' (2023)

Rotten Tomatoes: 94% | IMDb: 7.0/10

Based on the graphic novel of the same name created by Gene Luen Yang, American Born Chinese is a mystical and magical story about a young Chinese American high schooler, Ben Wang (Chang Can Dunk), who gets pulled into an epic battle of the heavens involving the greatest figures from Chinese folklore. Creator Kelvin Yu (Bob's Burgers) not only captures the ups and downs of trying to fit into American culture while maintaining your own heritage and traditions, but he also injects some amazing action by enlisting Shang-Chi writer and director Destin Daniel Cretton. In addition to its heart and great visuals, the show has a phenomenal cast, including Everything, Everywhere, All at Once alums Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, and Stephanie Hsu.

‘Wizards Beyond Waverly Place’ (2024 - Present)

Twelve years after the final episode of the classic kids series Wizards of Waverly Place, the Russos are back with Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, following Justin (David Henrie), who is now a father and loving husband. However, when Alex (Selena Gomez) asks Justin to help train a young wizard, he is pulled back into the magical world he had left behind. Managing to pick up with the same cozy, laugh-a-minute tone as the original series, Wizards Beyond Waverly Place makes for a brilliant reprise of one of Disney Channel’s most loved shows. Of course, the series is rife with nostalgia, but it still manages to work on its own two magical feet and bring a touching story all its own. - Jake Hodges

'LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy’ (2024)

This four-part miniseries, based on the greatest media crossover LEGO has ever produced, follows Sig Greebling (Gaten Matarazzo), a young nerf-herder who uses the help of a Jedi to rewrite the wrongs caused by an ancient relic with magical powers. LEGO animation has long been lauded for its individuality, with this feeling like one of the best-looking the franchise has ever produced. Featuring many a nod to Star Wars’ past, Lego Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy is a fun watch for both hardened fans and the uninitiated alike. Featuring a host of fantastic cameos, a brilliantly funny set of scripts, and a genuinely riveting central story, LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy is entertaining from start to finish. - Jake Hodges
