See AllABC's 'High Potential' Replacement Officially Sets Release Date
This show needs to be Jackie is it wants to be based off of double whammy. The villains need to be idiots who just make things worse for themselves while the main character is sleeping with the ladies. Hell he doesnt need to do much, just look at Bad Monkey which is another Hiaasen book. Oh and why does every show need to be a procedural on network tv?
The 10 Greatest Sci-Fi Books of the 2020s, Ranked
Project hail Mary is such a easy read just like the martian. Not sure why I couldnt fet into his 2nd book Artemis but may have to give it another try.
Anyways I didn't think they could pull the book off so well. Sure there are important aspects missing from the book. Can't really recall them specifically, but they made alor of cuts and even if its 3.5 hours long id love to see a directors max super edition. The one big issue are the star eaters. We're they just taking a nap or what? The way they study space you would think they would have noticed them before they hit the sun. The rate the suns dimming there is no way they dont notice other stars dimming and dying before they even reached the milky way.
Jason Statham’s New $40M Action Movie Officially Hits a Box Office Roadblock
So apparently only the us pirates movies. The rest of the world don't own pc's because they're too poor from going to see trash movies. Statham might be great, but maybe he should read the scripts before saying yes. Either that or he just wants to make as much money as possible. Statham probably makes at the very least $15m up to $25m for bigger movies. So he makes at least 25% of the budget of these movies which doesn't leave much room for error. So they get shitty writers, an average director, minimal secondary characters like Wallis in this film, and post productions is rushed. So we basically get the same movies but different plots and locations. Ok so different movies ,but too similar that people are going to stop.. oh wait they already have statham fatigue. Better watch out,it happens to the best of them, though some get to a point where they are picky. Statham is getting there since he can't play the superhero into his 60's, even though he probably will look the same.
David Boreanaz's New Reboot of 52-Year-Old Detective Series Officially Confirmed
The main cast thats mentioned should be solid. Felix Solis is always great and Mchaela McManus is also a solid hire as well as an oscar nominee. The first 2 were on seal team though not in large roles,Solis also has been on the rookie these last couple seasons. So the main cast is solid and we know they have alot to work with. I just hope its present day and doesn't take itself too serious.
David Boreanaz's New Reboot of 52-Year-Old Detective Series Officially Confirmed
Doesn't the guy want a bigger break than this? He's worked virtually nonstop on network tv with 20 episode seasons for the most part. The show should be interesting enough to give a chance. DB might not be the greatest actor but the main cast looks solid. Looks like his wife from seal team came back to life only to drop him after her cop friends framed him. Lets hope michaela doesn't ditch another series like she did seal team for a series that lasted 1 season while seal team was 6 or 7 I think. Anybody who hasn't seen seal team I believe netflix just picked it up and its definitely worth the watch especially around season 4 when paramount+ took over. The series also gave the lead in fire country his big break. The other guy who plays his best friend in Rockford was also on seal team.
The 10 Best Fantasy Books of the 1980s, Ranked
They have Stephen kings first book of his magnum opus at least. They are right that they butchered the book when making the movie. They had two freat actors but the movie was boring and nothing like the book imo. They were going to make movies and tv series to bridge the gap tp cover all 7 books and the novellas, but they failed miserably. Stephen King seems to say yes to everybody as long as hes making cash. Thats what this feels like anyways, and its not the only amazing book they screw up,like the stand, sales lot and a shit ton of other movies, series and especially those cheap trashy mini series that are so lame. They finally got a few right recently and of course there are classics like the first Carrie movie. Oh and even though the running man was better than the original something was missing, same with the longest walk which didn't stand out in anyway even though the book was great. Now I know they did the stand not too long ago they need to do it right along with trying to do the gunslinger again. They don't need big Hollywood names, just fet the damn story straight. Maybe give HBO a shot at it,they did right by the outsider which might be one of his best adaptations ever
