Mr. Robot is an awesome show, but cyberpunk it is not. Everything about it is rooted in reality. Having spent many years in ethical hacking, the tools and methodology are very real and accurate to how those objectives are accomplished.
Winds of Winter isn't the final book in the series. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but he has another titled A Dream of Spring planned after Winds of Winter. It's time to accept that GRRM will never finish the series. There's no incentive. He is writing other books being adapted by HBO in consulting for HBO. Probably making more money too.
