Can I access the App Store on Apple Vision Pro outside the US while remaining in a family plan?

I bought my Apple Vision Pro in Costa Rica and I can't download apps. I know that I can sign in with a US Apple ID, but I don't want to because I'm part of a family plan (Apple One). Does Apple plan to open the App Store outside the US?

I think this device is amazing but so restrict.
